Shiseido Hydro-Powder Eye Shadows... I got to tell you all about 'em......They are pots of creamy shadow with the consistency of butter (that's all I could come up with). They are cool and dewy to the touch and apply evenly to the lid giving anything from a glaze of color to an intense wash of color. I am doing a full review and tutorial next week...please check back :)
